November to March

April to May                          £140 per night or £825 per week
(excluding Easter*)

June to July                           £175 per night or £1100 per week

August                                      £225 per night or £1400 per week
(remaining availability from 18th August)

September to October       £140 per night or £825 per week

Our tariffs have been calculated on the basis of 4 guests with a minimum stay of 3 nights. There is no extra cost for parties of 5- 6 guests for 2011 representing excellent value for money.

 1&2 person parties 10% discounts may also apply on selected dates.

Longer let discounts (usually excluding July & August ) 10% discount for two week lets; 15% discount on 3 week lets; 20% discount on 4 weeeks + lets.

Whisky Island and Capital City festive mix and match

A non- refundable deposit of £250 secures your weekly bookings or 50% of total for short breaks. Deposits and balances payable by cheque, Paypal or bank transfer. Details supplied. The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival. In the event of cancellation after this date the balance or a relevant portion of it is refundable if we can relet the apartment. We will make every effort to do so. We strongly advise guests to take out adequate travel insurance.
